"Traditionally used to sweeten mead - hence the name - locally foraged Meadowsweet brings bright floral and almond notes to this botanical sour, with fresh lemon juice and rind added to amplify flavours further. Hints of creamy vanilla and delicate sweet honey combine with zesty citrus and Meadowsweet’s distinctly herbal, phenolic character to bring late summer vibes and a decidedly contemporary feel to this uniquely tasty brew."
